5 A Meccano model of a Traction Engine and 4 wheel caravan/covered wagon. The traction engine has been made from mostly 1950's Meccano and is a working model with chain steering. The electric motor is controlled by a switch connected to the motor by a 2' electric cable which allows a degree of remote control. The caravan is a later edition made from mostly later Meccano. Engine 17'' Long and caravan 14'' Long. A very well made and nostalgic model probably built for a window display.  0

379 A scratch built 3 1/2 gauge coal fired live steam LNER Green Gresley designed V4 2-6-2 number 3401 'Banton Cock' and 6 wheel tender.  The locomotive has the fitments expected including water and pressure gauges, blow down valve, regulator, a mechanical lubricator, axle pump, cylinder drain cocks and screw reversing.  The tender is fitted with a water pump.  The model has been well built the mechanism is free running and there are no obvious signs of water leaks.  There is no boiler certificate and the model is sold as seen and untested.  The loco and tender are housed in separate study purpose built wooden boxes. 1300
