Description:
A collection of framed etchings by Frederick C Richards (1878-1932). Includes 'Winchester - After Many Days' which was his first etching to be hung at the Royal Academy. Also includes 'The Quay - Bristol' which was Exhibited at the Festival Of Britain in 1951. Included with the five etchings in the lot is a hardback biography of the artist entitled 'Artist-Venturer' which has been signed by the author. The book includes an illustration of the Winchester print. Richards has collections of his work displayed at the National Museum of Wales and at the Victoria and Albert Museum. London
